Good prodcuts
Initially, I had a very disappointing experience with this company due to delays in delivering the missing products. Despite multiple follow-ups, the products were not delivered as promised, causing significant inconvenience.
However, the company has since sent the missing products, and the issue has been resolved. While the resolution took longer than expected, I appreciate that the company ultimately fulfilled their commitment. I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness in the future.
